1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

Be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:
Contact our support team at support@rd-brother.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos.

Once approved, we will share the return shipping instructions.

Ship the product back to the address provided. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be Credited within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective product.

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate.

Exchange and replacement time is 5 to 7 working days.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already shipped, please refer to the return process above.
